Time Extension
Time extension is a feature to enable the ULBs to extended the project completion period on a request made by CBO.
Inbox
The work order inbox is used to process the time extension request.
Create Time Extension Request
It allows the user to create a time extension request in the system.
Search Time Extension Request
The search work order screen is used to search the time extension request.
View Time Extension Request
It allows the user to view time extension request details.
Workflow
Time extension workflow allows users to perform certain actions in order to modify, verify, and approve the request.
Create and Forward
It allows the user to create a request and forward for verification.
Edit
It allows the user to edit the time extension request and forward for verification.
Verify and Forward
It allows the user to verify the request and then forward for technical sanction.
Send Back
It allows the user to send the request back to previous user in the workflow for correction.
Send Back To CBO
It allows the user to send the request back to CBO for the correction.
Approve
It allows the user to approve the request.
Reject
It allows the user to reject the request.
Payments
It triggers the payments of bills through JIT-FS and generate the payment instructions automatically.
Search Payment Instructions
It allows the users to search for payment instructions to view the details and payment status.
Payment Instructions Pending for Action
It will allows the user to see all the payment instructions which are pending for any action to be taken by the user.
MUKTASoft Mobile
CBO's Mobile App enables CBOs to perform the activities related to works which they are supervising on the ground.
Time Extension
It allows CBO to create a request for extending the completion period of a project.

It allows the users to view all the requests.
